Well-equipped and well-kept room, immaculately clean hotel in general.

Liked its kind and respectful staff.
This hotel had a central position in quite a sketchy area.

Was a characterful base for weekend. The breakfast was nice hot with croissants and toast, and the restaurant's offer was nice. The staff was really courteous and very friendly, everything was very good. Location: the hotel was just next door to the train station or anywhere in the city, local stores and bus stops and tram station and many good pubs.

Spacious and comfortable room with a kitchenette.
My experience was disappointing, especially considering the cost. The shower was broken, and the temperature control panel was faulty, leaving me uncomfortably warm. The corridor to my room was dirty and unwelcoming.

The bed was super comfy and I loved the peaceful atmosphere of the courtyard. I really enjoyed lounging by the pool and hitting the jacuzzi after a long day. Just a heads up, the breakfast area had a strange smell, but it didn't ruin my overall experience! 😊

Not what we expected!
So, we paid a pretty penny for two rooms but what we got was far from nice. The receptionist was nice at check-in, and the location wasn't terrible. But there were scratches everywhere, missing toilet roll, and to top it off, blood on the handrail! The microwave was gross with leftovers. Definitely needs a serious clean!

Would definitely recommend for a weekend
Helpful staff, convenient amenities, as the gentlemen who oversee the hotel were super kind and even arranged for a plumber to fix the broken toilet , while the kitchen area was fantastic for preparing microwavable dinners for my kids.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Needs Improvement, But Potential Exists
My family stayed for two nights. The front desk staff were pleasant, but the bathrooms have serious maintenance issues. The restaurant offers some decent meals. Tip, check the amenities beforehand and consider bringing your own toiletries for a more comfortable experience.

I had a pleasant stay while exploring Nottingham for a couple of days. The room was well-equipped with a kitchenette, which made it feel more like home, and I appreciated having a balcony to enjoy some fresh air. The central location was a big plus, making it easy for me to walk to nearby attractions. I did notice that the air conditioning didn’t quite keep the room cool enough, which was a bit uncomfortable at times.
